Kids and families can also enjoy a live BeatBuds performance as a first-of-its-kind, interactive, virtual concert experience in the comfort of their own homes with the first-ever virtual BeatBASH on Sunday, July 12 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. CLICK HERE FOR TICKETS. A portion of the proceeds from this concert will be donated to Rock The Vote.
Together, The BeatBuds and their audience will explore a 360° immersive and interactive tropical island featuring an abundance of digital touchpoints, virtual instruments for kids to play, trivia games, and, of course, plenty of rockin’ BeatBuds songs and sing-along action. Families and friends will even be able to see each other singing, dancing, and interacting! A highlight of this special show will be the world premiere of a new BeatBuds single, “I Have a Voice.”

It was so great to hear the stories behind some of the songs from Josh. Josh collaborated with some incredible artists on this record like Ben Rector and Sharon and Bram. You must check him out. I also couldn’t resist asking him about life on the road with a touring band while balancing being a caring and involved parent. Stay tuned all the way to the end of the episode for Josh’s song ‘A Bear In The Woods’. It is an instant classic.

Good Stuff Sports #11 – Jodi and Kara from Go! Go! Sports Girls
Jodi Norgaard and Kara Thom from Go! Go! Sports Girls have created some unique and creative sports themed dolls and accompanying stories for girls (or anyone) who love sports. They encourage young athletes to “be fierce and sparkle” as well as the ingenious hashtag #athleteisthenewprincess. It was great to hear how the idea came to be as well as where the dolls have taken Jodi and Kara (ie. The White House!). These dolls make great holiday gifts… if you know what I’m saying.
Episode #99 – Andrew & Polly Break Down Ghostbusters
Do you think Ghost’s like toast? My buddies Andrew & Polly talked with me about my 4 year old’s favorite song. The Andrew & Polly version of the classic Ghostbusters song. It was a blast to hear how the song came together, and I even learned about a new instrument! The theremin! Andrew & Polly’s own podcast Ear Snacks just returned for season 2. Don’t miss it.
